Yes, we are a thing! The Notorious PGV is Cohort 15 of the Program on Gender-Based Violence at the University of Colorado, Denver. We are a group of 11 radical advocates focused on acquiring knowledge and creating innovative approaches for our communities to eradicate gender-based violence (such as domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, human trafficking, etc.).
The adventures of the traveling t-shirt aims to provide a platform for the various members of our cohort to share their experiences as a radical advocate! The t-shirt will travel across the country, literally from Florida to Oregon, spending about a week with each cohort member. We will each write a blog post about our experiences, giving a glimpse into our lives as advocates in the anti-gender-based violence movement.
